Welcome to Harmony and Health Massage!

After graduating with a degree in social sciences from the University of Portland, I studied at, and graduated from, the Oregon School of Massage. I received my massage license in 1998. Continual hands-on classes and self study allow me to keep my knowledge current.

I really enjoy researching an issue for a client as a way of demystifying symptoms and providing the best care possible. My clients are primarily women, save for the occasional spouse or friend of a client.

Through the use of Swedish, Shiatsu, trigger point and myofascial modalities, as well as demonstrated stretching, I facilitate the restoration of optimum health. Depending on the client's wishes, I do both full body and area-specific sessions, both relaxation and treatment-oriented work.
